KCMO Adult Lines

KCMomentum Adult Lines are comprised of skaters aged 18+ who have passed multiple USFS tests. Our adult lines travel to competitions across the region, including the USFS Midwestern Sectional Championships — where they’ve placed as high as 4th in the Midwest. Adult skaters are welcome to try a practice with us for free!

Adult

Adult Team

Skills Needed: Strong stroking, forward and backward crossovers, cross strokes, power 3-turns, mohawks, spinnies, double 3-turns, pivoting block steps, twizzles, and tracking drills.

Open Adult

Open Adult Team

Skills Needed: Forward/backward crossovers and edges, 3-turns (inside & outside), mohawks, bunny hop, spiral — all performed on time with music.

Masters

Masters Team

Skills Needed: Strong stroking, advanced edge work, tracking drills, forward/backward spins, pivoting block steps, twizzles, and special elements like jumps or spins.

Open Masters

Skills Needed: All Masters-level skating skills, including strong 3-turns, power stroking, spins (forward/back), connected crossovers, pivoting drills, tracking, twizzles, and any additional tricks or creative moves skaters bring to the team.
